I stopped in at the Cupcake Kitchen for a snack as I wandered downtown Chattanooga. There wasn’t much of a selection left mid-afternoon. I wanted a lemon-raspberry but ended up with chocolate mint. It was good, but very rich.



After setting up the booth, we went to Urban Stack for a very late hamburger dinner. I got a fancy one — the Gourmet Bacon Cheeseburger with American Kobe-style Wagyu beef, bacon-onion compote, lettuce and gruyere & blue cheese sauce. It was good, but I think I would have preferred a standard bacon cheeseburger better. I didn’t taste any cheese on this one at all.
