There must be at least 50 billboards along Interstate 80-94 in Illinois that advertise fireworks for sale in Indiana. I find this a bit weird, considering that fireworks are illegal in Illinois. Does the government of my fine state expect its law-abiding citizens to stop at the border before re-entering the state and explode everything they’ve purchased?
Anyway … A couple friends and I took off early on Saturday, June 19, to explore western Michigan. And to get there, we had to drive through Indiana.
