Review - Charade
Laugh-out-loud funny. Cary Grant’s character keeps changing names. At one point, Reggie says, “I love you Adam.” Grant’s character says, “I know. You told me that already.” Reggie replies, “No I didn’t. Last time I said ‘I love you Alex.’” And then at the end of the movie, when Reggie finally learns his fourth (and real) name, she says, “I hope we have a lot of boys so we can name them all after you.”
It was hard to see Cary Grant as a bad guy at any point because he’s Cary Grant. But he was great in the funny parts of the movie. Audrey Hepburn made the movie with her lively face and incredible eyes and impeccable comic timing.
