Description:Chicago cop Jim Brannigan (John Wayne) is sent to Londo to collect a mobster. When he arrives, he finds out the hood has been kidnapped. Brannigan tracks him down in partnership with Scotland Yard detective Swann (Richard Attenborough) who doesn't like Brannigan's American ways. While all this is going on, a hitman is targeting Brannigan. The Chicago cop manages to get his man, who, it turns out, planned his own kidnapping to disappear.

Not awful, but somehow not very entertaining either. Even during the action, it didn't seem to me like much was happening. This was John Wayne's next-to-last film role.
