Kidd joins the landowner, but when he starts killing Mexicans in cold blood, he switches sides. He talks the Mexican into giving himself up. The landowner's men are waiting in ambush. Kidd runs the train into town, right through several buildings, kills the landowner and his friends, then punches the sheriff and rides out of town with the Mexican's woman.

Review - Joe Kidd

Rather fun to watch but ridiculous. Why didn't Kidd just take the Mexican to prison in another town instead of destroying the one where the landowner was waiting? I mean, driving a train through several downtown buildings seems a bit much. And how did he end up with the Mexican's woman? Would the guy really go to that much trouble to turn himself in and lose his freedom and his girl just because Kidd told him to?
