Review - Sir Nigel

Pretty good but very corny. The whole business of seeking death and honor for no good purpose is a little hard to take. Two guys who have nothing against each other and no reason to fight do so just so one of them can kill the other and claim honor. I doubt if seven or eight of that sort of knight ever lived. There are some pretty exciting scenes, but the characters are shallow. I would have enjoyed it more if I had read it when I was 12.
