Review - Brothers Karamazov, The

My theory is that Russia is such a boring place to live that authors have nothing better to do than type whatever comes to mind. Then, when they have a large enough stack of paper, they call it a novel (see War and Peace). At times Brothers was rather interesting. At times it was very dull. At times it was just weird. At no time was the writing to my taste.
