Notes:There's a heavy thunderstorm and the Gauls are afraid. During this bad weather a stranger called Prolix, comes to hide in the village. He says he's a soothsayer. After a few very easy predictions, like 'after rain comes sunshine' the women especially are impressed by his 'overwhelming' knowledge. When the rain has gone, the soothsayer settles down in the forest. A Roman patrol picks him up because Caesar ordered his soldiers to abandon all soothsayers.
