Notes:Ty Cobb was one of the most famous baseball players who every lived. The author puts Cobb into the context of his times, describing the very different game on the field then, and successfully probes Cobb's complex personality.

Review - Ty Cobb

Fairly interesting biography of the great baseball player who went on to be a mediocre manager and the first millionaire athelete. He was often kind but battled with his wives, his teammates and anyone he perceived as lower than him that crossed him in any way.
