Notes:James Bond is sent to the U.S. to trace a diamond smuggling pipeline. He impersonates the courier with the help of Tiffany Case, who has connections to the mob. Bond is sent to Saratoga and then Las Vegas for his payoff but decides to push things forward and ends up killing the U.S. mob boss in a train chase in an antique train. He is helped by Tiffany, so he takes her back to England. There's an attempt on their lives on the ship. Bond then travels to Africa and kills the mob members on the other end of the pipeline.

Review - Diamonds are Forever

A lot about how thuggish and stupid the American mob is and how Bond underestimates them but then realizes how violently dangerous they are. Of course Bond and Tiffany fall for each other after about three minutes of knowing each other. Still, the story kept my attention throughout.
