They meet Belle, a gentle, insane girl and Bartholomew falls in love and vows to help her. She's cured, but put in an asaylum. Jack, now reformed, helps Bartholomew rescue her. Bartholomew and Belle get married. Interesting but somewhat muddled. Set in the 1700s. |
