I can never remember anything about a Wodehouse novel a week after I've read it, but while I'm actually reading, I find them humorous and diverting.

This one involves three American sisters who decide to spend an unexpected bit of cash on a once-in-a-lifetime vacation at a French resort. What follows is a parade of misunderstandings, love affairs and silliness involving an extremely rich American, an impoverished French Marquis, an aspiring author, a manipulative ex-wife and an enthusiastic policeman. I laughed out loud on several occasions.
