Notes:A baker and a priest are dead and the Patrician is suffering from poisoning. Commander Vimes and the watchmen of the Ankhk-Morpork City Guard investigate. The nobility of the city, afraid that Corporal Carrot will be made the the next king and (because of his honesty) not be under their influence, decide to pick their own king. The head of the College of Heralds is involved, as is a golem who has somehow gained a mind of its own. Vimes and his men (and women) manage to figure out the clues and stop the conspiracy.

Review - Feet of Clay

Not the best plot in the series, but fairly entertaining with a few laughs here and there, mostly due to word-play. Pratchett takes some stabs at belief in God, as he is wont to do.
