| Notes: | Ash is a British thief and adventurer who has been roaming the world since the end of WWII. He steals a briefcase full of money during an Argentine Revolution and makes for the coast. On the way, he happens across Grace, a British woman who is trying to escape with her niece, Teresa. Thing is, Teresa is the daughter of one of the dictator's henchmen and is sought by both sides for political leverage. Ash takes the two females to a British ship, but when the ship is shelled and marooned, things get tough. Ash falls for Grace and decides to settle down with her. But first he needs to get her out of the country. And the only way to do this is to assure her safe passage by surrendering himself and the briefcase. This is wildly out of character, but things have changed and he does it willingly, determined to find Grace somehow, somewhere. |
