Review - Dispensationalism

The author makes a few good points, but the book would be much more valuable if he gave scriptural references to support his points. In addition, he narrows dispensational theology to matters of ecclesiology, eschatology and heremeneutics and claims it has nothing to say about salvation, for example. He claims that dispensationalists can be Calvinists, proponents of Lordship salvation or post-millennialists. But to be any of those, one has to abandon the system of heremeneutics that is essential to dispensational thinking. He also defends the theology from those who say that dispensationalists don't believe in climate change. But since the Bible has nothing to say about climate change, that's not even an issue of theology.
