X-Men: Days of Future Past

by Christopher Claremont
Category: "Graphic Story"
Pages:176
Year of Publication:1981
Date Added:07/23/2014
Date Read:02/07/2016
Notes:A reprint of seven Uncanny X-Men comics from the period immediately after Cyclops quit the group. Two of the issues contain the title story in which Kitty Pryde comes back from a dystopian future in which mutants are outlawed and hunted by the Sentinals who are about the destroy the world in nuclear war. She convinces the 1980 X-Men to prevent the assassination of a politician by the League of Evil Mutants (who are, at least, willing to admit what they stand for). Other issues involve Nightcrawler's origins, Wolverine fighting with the Canadian Alpha Force and a battle Kitty Pryde has with a demon when all the other X-Men are away.

Review - X-Men: Days of Future Past

It got off to a slow start because I was looking for a thread that linked the stories, but the last three, which were more connected — and didn't involve trips to pretend hell — were better.
