Notes:16-year-old Hazel has cancer. Drugs are holding it in check for now, but she has to have oxygen everywhere she goes. At support group, she meets Augustus, who had a leg removed. The begin hanging out and soon fall in love. Augustus uses his wish from a cancer foundation so Hazel and he could go to Amsterdam to meet an author they like. When they get back, Augustus reveals that his cancer has spread. In a short time, he is gone. Hazel remains, no better and no worse, but thankful she got to spend some time with Augustus.

Review - Fault in Our Stars, The

Well-written, but without a point other than that we live in hopes that the universe notices us. The final line is "You don't get to choose if you get hurt in this world ... but you do have some say in who hurts you."
