Notes:Essays, some on literature and others on culture. There's one on how the media is making us all stupid. One on the city of Dubai. One on a kid in Nepal who supposedly sat for seven months without eating, drinking or moving. One on Mexicans sneaking into the United States. He also reviews Huckleberry Finn and several short stories I've never heard of.
