By this point, the U.S. was fighting on such a massive front that the story becomes less easy to follow. There are more people, more battles, more entire army groups and fronts, that it becomes hard to keep track of. But Toll does a good job of making it as understandable as possible and includes reminders when a person returns to the story who hasn't appeared in a while. . The book includes good maps.
