Review - Spring Fever
The usual Wodehouse mix of interchangeable characters, silly plot, and marvelously clever sentences.

| Notes: | The very poor Earl of Shortlands (Shorty) needs 200 pounds so he can marry his cook. American Mike Cardinal wants to marry Shorty's daughter, Terry. Stanwood Cobbold, a distant cousin of Terry's, wants to marry Eileen Stoker, an actress. Things work out for most of them, but not before there's a lot of people pretending they're other people, an attempted safe-cracking, and general confusion. |
