Notes:A history of the USPS, with emphasis on how it created an informed electorate that helped aid the spread and influence of democracy. It also covered how a government department that began as a service to reach and help all Americans has turned into a dysfunctional "business" that is hampered by regulations that prevent if from making a profit.

Review - How the Post Office Created America

Interesting overall, but with some definite dry spots. Best when including anecdotes, worst when discussing politics and options for changing the system.
