| Notes: | Virgil Wander is the owner of a decaying theater in the town of Greenstone, Minnesota on the North Shore of Lake Superior. He almost dies when his car goes off a cliff into the lake. It seemed to be a turning point in his life—and in the life of the town. There's Nadine, whose husband died in a plane crash, and her son, who likes to surf the lake in the winter. There's Jerry, who decides to build a bomb and then accidentally blows up the decaying ruins of an ore plant. There's Rune, who likes to fly kites and is looking for information on his son (Nadine's ex). And there's Galen, who is determined to kill the sturgeon that he blames for his father's death. |
