Notes:The planet Ostar, tired of receiving loud rock music signals from Earth, sends two bombs to destroy it. At least that's the story the Ostar authorities want everyone to believe. Turns out that Ostarians are dogs, descended from Earth pets but now a superior species. They want all traces of their origin wiped out. But the bombs they send are smart bombs, who reconstitute themselves to be human—and decide they like it on Earth. The team up with a human named George and two Ostarian spies and prevent the destruction of earth.

Review - Blonde Bombshell

The idea of smart bombs walking around like humans was interesting, but the rest of the book relied too much on descriptions of made-up technology. And there were no actual characters to care about or root for.
