Review - Ridge Runner

It got off to a slow start—the early chapters were mostly about how strict his parents were. The middle section, when he worked in lumber camps, was most interesting. The game warden part was mostly about poachers and deer-killing dogs. The sum was somehow less than the collection of its parts—there just didn't seem to be enough here to make a book.
