Review - Canyon Passage
Probably had more plot lines and characters than it needed, but I enjoyed it.

| Notes: | Armed Services Edition Logan Stuart operates a freight service in Oregon. He's in love with Lucy Overmire, but she's engaged to Logan's best friend, George Camrose. George is a gambler, and to cover his losses, he's taking miner's money from his business safe. When one of the miners returns to town earlier than expected, George kills him. Other miners figure things out and arrest and try George. Lucy asks Logan to help him escape, which Logan does for Lucy, even though he knows George is guilty. While all this is going on, a local thug kills two Indian girls and the Indians begin attacking settlers. Logan heads to party who fights off the Indians. George attempts to rob another miner and is shot, leaving Logan and Lucy to end up together. |
