| Notes: | Jefferson Tatum owns a lucrative cigarette company, but sales are down because the FDA has concluded the cigarettes cause cancer. He decides to fight back by having the college he owns prove that additives in food are just as unhealthy, which he believes will cause people to smoke to ease their nerves. It’s, a tv man comes to town to do a report on the food findings, but while there, he resumes an old affair and decides to divorce his wife and quit his job. He does the first by using the tv show to show the danger of cigarettes, but in the process decides he lives his wife after all. |
