Review - Rain in the Doorway
Page after page of stupid trying-to-be clever-and-funny dialogue interspersed with ridiculous scenarios and hints of bad behavior.

| Notes: | Armed Services Edition Hector Owen is a miserable man who's about to lose his job and whose wife is cheating on him. He suddenly finds himself in a strange store with three men who claim to own it. They take him on as a partner and proceed to spend the next few days doing whatever they want—chasing women, spending money, drinking, starting fights. Owen meets Satin, a beautiful young woman who takes a fancy to him. They pledge their love. Then just as suddenly as it all began, Owen is back in real life—except that Satin is with him. Owen breaks up with his wife, and he and Satin go off together. |
