Notes:Mike Morrison, widower, travels to Athens to receive an inheritance. While he's waiting for things to clear, the Germans attack. A Greek gives Mike a list of people who will work as double agents—appearing to help the Germans while really sending info to the Allies. He asks Mike to take the list to London. The Germans overrun the country and Make has to flee. He's injured and takes refuge in a small village where a local girl nurses him. They fall in love, but Mike has to leave the country. He contacts the resistance, an a woman named Lisa is sent to get him. They hole up near Athens and fall in love. The Nazis are chasing Mike and getting closer, but with the help of the underground, Mike and Lisa escape from one coast while the Nazis expect them on the other.

Review - Angry Hills, The

I read it because I recently watched the movie. It was actually too short—which made it feel choppy and didn't allow for much character development. There were so many twists that, by the end, I didn't really care what was going on.
