Review - Star Wars

This movie came out the summer before I went to college. There was a guy on my floor who lived Star Wars — so much so that he convinced the RA to let him decorate our whole floor like Star Wars for the open house. And this was at Moody. I remember my roommate and I bought some cheap plastic light sabres that consisted of long plastic tupes attached to flashlights with colored plastic over the lenses. Mine was green and my roommates was red. The Star Wars geek got really upset one morning when the Thought for the Day (usually a Bible verse or spiritual thought) said, "Star Wars spelled backwards is Raw Rats."

I've seen the movie a dozen times and am thoroughly sick of it by now, but I liked it when it first came out. I would have liked it better without Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher, neither of whom I like at all.
