Very strange movie that had to be a parody of the 60s TV show that I'm not very familiar with. Fiennes was John Steen and Thurman was Emma Peel. They set out to stop Sir August DeWynter (Connery), a mad scientist who was blackmailing the world with his weather machine, demanding that nations pay for their weather or be destroyed by storms.
