Review - Chasing Liberty
It was fine. Mandy Moore was sorta cute, but her character was sorta trashy.

| Description: | Anna Foster (Mandy Moore), the President’s daughter, is sick of having secret agents trail her everywhere she goes. On a trip with her parents to Prague, she ducks out and begs a guy with a motorcycle to take her away. Unbeknownst to her, this guy, Ben Calder (Matthew Goode), is secret service. The President gives him the job of taking Anna around Europe without letting her know who he is, in hopes that it will take the rebellion out of her. Ben has trouble keeping up with Anna, particularly after he falls for her. They end up sleeping together. Other secret service guards are chasing them. (Two of them, Weiss and Morales, fall in love too.) At the Berlin love parade, Anna finds out who Ben is. She runs away, but is recognized by some toughs. Ben shows up and saves her. She’s whisked away in a helicopter. He quits his job and becomes a photographer in London. After the fall semester, Anna transfers to Oxford and they get back together. |
