Review - First Daughter

Simple, silly, harmless and cute. Michael Keaton is the President, facing election. Katie Holmes is his daughter, off for her first year of college. It isn't long before she finds the constantly-trailing four secret service guards a bit much. She complains and talks her dad into decreasing it to two. She meets her RA, and they soon fall in love and begin hanging out together. She brings him back to Washington for a fancy ball, but when an altercation breaks out, he grabs her and she discovers that he's a secret service agent also.

She goes wild and gets in trouble for being drunk and doing a table dance to make him jealous. He punches out a guy who's making moves on her. He gets fired for having a relationship with the person he's guarding, but the daughter talks her dad into letting him be one of his guards. She heads back to college, but they kiss on departing and look forward to spring break.
