| Description: | Memphis Raines (Nicholas Cage) used to be a car thief but has gone straight. His younger brother Kip made a deal with a mobster to steal 50 cars by a given date. When he fails, Memphis is given four days to get the cars. He assembles a team of his old buddies and some of Kip's friends and plans the thefts. Memphis' old girlfriend Sway (Angelina Jolie) joins up. The cops are hot on his tail. Memphis manages to get 49 of the cars, but the cops catch him stealing the final one, a Mustang Cobra. He escapes but gets it to the gangster too late to meet the deadline. The cops show up and Memphis saves one of their lives. The cop knows why Memphis stole the cars and lets him go. |
