Some funny gags, but somehow the whole doesn't equal the sum of it's parts and it's just not that good a movie.

| Description: | Johnny Dangerously (Michael Keaton) turns to a life of crime so his mother can get an operation and his younger brother Tommy can go to law school. Johnny becomes the head of a New York crime syndicate where he meets Lil (Marilu Henner). All is going well until Tommy becomes the DA and determines to end the career of Johnny Dangerously. Johnny decides to go legit but is framed for murder by Danny Vermin (Joe Piscopo) and is sent to death row. When he finds out Danny is planning to kill Tommy, Johnny breaks out of jail and saves his brother. He's pardoned, marries Lil and opens a pet shop. |
