Jackie Chan and Claire Forlani are Interpol agents searching for the kidnappers of a small boy who has special powers given to him by a medallion. When they confront the bad guys, Chan is killed, but the medallion brings him back to life with super powers. They manage to rescue the boy and the medallion, but not before Forlani is also killed and brought back, also with super powers. Chan and Forlani fly off together, in love.

A typical Jackie Chan movie with fun chase and fight scenes and no actually plot or sense to the movie.
