Review - Minority Report
Intense, and gross in places. When Anderton, with his eyes bandaged, takes a bit of the rotten sandwich, I gagged. Compelling.

| Description: | It's 2054. Three individuals have the power to see the future. The government uses them to prevent murders in a Pre-Crime division. Officer John Anderton (Tom Cruise) is the chief investigator. He's being investigated by Danny Witwer (Colin Ferrell). When the pre-cogs see Anderton kill a man he doens't know, John has to run for his life with Witwer hot on his trail. Anderton kidnaps one of the pre-cogs and with her help tracks down the man he is supposed to kill. It turns out to be a set-up (although Anderton kills the man by accident anyway). Anderton thinks Witwer is behind it, but Witwer is soon found dead and Anderton is captured. His ex-wife investigates and finds out the real culprit is Anderton's boss in Pre-Crime who wants to keep the power of the division in his hands. The boss commits suicide and Anderton is released. The Pre-Crime division is closed. |
