A 22-minute black-and-white short. A series of sketches present the adventures of a dormintory girl as told to her dormmates. Most of them were just silly comedy routines, but toward the end there were a few song and dance routines in a nightclub. Ginger Rogers sang and danced a bit in two of them.

This was obviously filmed when the phenomenon of talking in movies was interesting enough that a plot wasn’t necessary. I gave it a 6 for historical interest.
