I saw this movie years ago while on vacation in Rhinelander with my wife and the Pearsons. I only remembered that there was one line in it that we all thought was funny. I think I recognized the line when I watched it this time. Mrs. Hollander introduces her daughter by saying, "This is my daughter, Susan. She was a caesarian."

Apart from that, the movie was stupid. It's primary feature was Jackie Gleason's hysterical over-acting.
