| Description: | A crooked gang, with the local law on their side, is stealing the mining claims of a community of ex-Confederate soldiers. They appeal for help to Johnny Carter (Ray Milland), a colonel who has taken on the identity of a vaudeville trick shot artist. Hedy Lamarr plays Lisa Roselle, a saloon keeper who is with the gang, but when things turn violent, she switches sides and helps Carter — and then marries him after he breaks up the gang. |
