Cute in places, but totally predictable in every way. I'm not a big Zellweger fan.

| Description: | Lucy Hill (Renee Zellweger) is a corporate exec. sent from Miami to a small town in Minnesota to modernize and downsize. She experiences culture shock. She also argues with Ted Mitchell (Harry Connick Jr.), the union organizer. But as time goes by, she learns to love the people (especially Ted). The big corp. decides to shut the factory down. Lucy comes up with a scheme to make a new product and gets the workers to agree to give it a try. It pans out, she decides to stay and works out a deal so the employees can buy the company. |
