Not bad, but I watched it at the end of a tough week and had a hard time staying awake.

| Description: | Nick Charles (William Powell), heavy-drinking ex-detective, and his wife Nora (Myrna Loy) are sucked into a mystery involving a dead jockey and a dead reporter, all tied into a gambling racket. A second reporter and his girlfriend (played by Donna Reed) are accused. They're friends of Nick and Nora, so the couple investigate and point the finger at the district attorney who's been trying to frame pretty much everybody else in the movie. |
