Rather bland, with some wildly implausible scenes, but on the plus side, it had Amy Adams and some amazing Irish scenery.

| Description: | Bostonian Anna (Amy Adams) is a compulsive organizer who is tired of waiting for her boyfriend Jeremy to propose. He's off in Dublin for a conference. Anna finds out that women can propose to men in Ireland on Leap Day, so she takes off. Her plays go astray and she finds herself in a remote village with Declan (Matthew Goode), a pub owner who agrees to drive her to Dublin to get money to save his pub. All sorts of calamities ensue, of course and by the time they get to the city, Anna and Declan are in love. But before they can do anything about it, Jeremy proposes and Anna accepts. But back in Boston, she misses Declan, so she dumps Jeremy and takes off and, again of course, she and Declan get married. |
