Description:Walter Gulick (Elvis) is just out of the army and looking for work. He signs on as a sparring partner at a boxing camp. The owner, Willy, is in debt to the mob and under pressure to throw fights. Walter, whose politeness earns him the name Kid Galahad, turns out to be a good boxer and is soon signed up for a big fight. The bad guys rough up his trainer, but Willy shows some courage for a change and sticks with his fighter. Walter wins the fight and marries Willy's sister Rose (Joan Blackman).

Review - Kid Galahad

Actually a pretty good movie with good development for several supporting characters and a bit of suspense. A little weird to have it interrupted by songs every so often, but still not bad.
