Description:Josh (Elvis) is an army officer sent to Smoky Mountain to convince his hillbilly cousins, the Tatums, to lease their mountain for an ICBM base. His cousin Jodie (also Elvis) and the other Tatums are resistant, but Azalea (Yvonne Craig) falls for Josh. The army is there to create confusion, along with a gang of girls called kittyhawks who attack men for the purpose of finding husbands. In the end, Pa Tatum agrees to sign the lease as long as government agents stay off his side of the mountain — which means they won't find his moonshine still.

Review - Kissin' Cousins

A really lame plot, poor songs and awful dialogue. The scenes where Elvis appears as both Jodie and Josh are particularly hard to watch, as they're done either with an obvious stand-in or with a split screen in which nobody, even in crowd shots, gets anywhere near the middle.
