| Description: | Ethan (Christopher Gorham), a struggling writer, meets Jesse (Alyssa Milano) in a cafe and asks her out. They hit it off, but throughout she has a secret that she can't bring herself to tell him. There's another guy — Troy, a rich advertising executive. Whenever Jesse isn't with Ethan, she's with Troy. On the day Troy asks her to move to Austen with him, Ethan asks her to marry him. She turns him down and makes plans to move. But she comes back. It turns out that her big secret is that she can't have kids. Troy doesn't exist. He's a character in Ethan's new book — the one he finally gets published. He wrote the story of their romance, but replaced himself with Troy because he thinks he's boring. He didn't change Jesse a bit. Of course, Ethan and Jessee marry and adopt a bunch of kids. |
