Review - Mulan
The ancestor worship and the ghosts of the dead ancestors were a bit much, but overall I enjoyed the film more than I expected to.

| Description: | Mulan is a Chinese girl who always brings disgrace on her family with her outspoken ways and frequent lapses of judgment. When her crippled father is drafted to fight the invading Huns, Mulan steals his armor and disguises herself as a man to join the army. Her dead ancestors send a tiny dragon to accompany and help her. Her cleverness enables the army to defeat the Huns, but in the process, her identity is revealed and she is left behind. The few surviving Huns capture the Emperor, but Mulan leads a few friends to his rescue and becomes a hero. The commander of the army visits her to court her. |
