| Description: | King George VI (Colin Firth), becomes king when his brother abdicates. His wife (Helena Bonham Carter) convinces him to consult with Lionel Logue (Geoffrey Rush), an unconventional speech therapist who insists on treating the king as an equal. The two become frindes, and at the start od WWII, the king bravely fights his way through a speech that inspires the nation. |
