Description:A made-for-TV version with Richard Chamberlain as Jason Bourne and Jaclyn Smith as Marie, a Canadian economist who Bourne takes as a hostage to get out of a tight spot. In this version, Bourne was attempting to track down Carlos, a famous terrorist. Carlos's men capture Marie and are about to kill her. Bourne saves her, and she decides to help him, then fall for him. Carlos manages to kill everyone who knows Bourne's identity, but with Marie's help, he kills Carlos and convinces the CIA not to kill him.

Review - Bourne Identity, The

It might have seemed better if I hadn't seen the Matt Damon movies, but compared to them, this was dull, poorly acted and unconvincing. Jaclyn Smith was attractive for a 43-year-old woman, but not very believable in her role.
