| Description: | Chaplin plays a tramp who falls in love with a blind flower seller (Virginia Cherrill) who thinks he's a millionaire. She's about to be thrown out of her apartment, but he manages to scrounge up the money to pay her rent and an operation to enable her to see. Through a misunderstanding, he's thrown in jail. When he gets out, the girl can see. She meets the tramp and realizes he's the man she loves. |
