Just didn't have a lot going for it. Cooper didn't play it serioiusly. The action sequences were unconvincing.

| Description: | Blayde Hollister (Gary Cooper) travels to Dallas to seek revenge on Will and Bryant Marlow who killed his family during the Civil War. On the way, Blayde meets Easterner Martin Weatherby, way over his head as a U.S. Marshall, on his way to marry his fiance, Tonia Robles (Ruth Roman). Blayde trades names with Weatherby. When they get to Dallas, the discover that the Marlow's are terrorizing the Robles' to get their land. Blayde eventually kills them both and wins Tonia. |
